Working terms.
1. Scope
Each project is quoted individually. The agreed package and any confirmed add-ons define the final scope.
2. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed before work starts. Unless otherwise agreed, project work begins once the initial invoice has been paid.
3. Revisions
Revision rounds depend on the selected package. Extra revision work can be scoped separately if needed.
4. Ownership
Final project files transfer to the client once invoices have been settled in full.
5. Liability
Hima Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or registrars.
